About The Position

The Gatekeeper supports product quality by providing feedback to the production team and identifying, communicating, and following up on opportunities for improvement. The role audits homes in designated gateways, records findings using available technology, and tracks notifications and completion times. The Gatekeeper also attends production meetings and communicates the status of the program in their gateway.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated positive influence and an optimistic demeanor.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Continuous willingness to learn and grow.
• Sound judgment in interactions at all levels within the facility.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of homes in designated gateways.
• Document audit findings using available technology.
• Notify the management team by radio when an audit is complete and document notification times.
• Follow up on completion of audit findings and document completion times to generate overall response times.
• Attend production meetings and communicate the overall status of the program in the assigned gateway.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
