The Gatekeeper supports product quality by providing feedback to the production team, identifying areas of opportunity, communicating findings, and following up on them. The role audits homes in designated gateways, records findings and completion times using available technology, communicates with management by radio, and shares program status at production meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated positive influence and an optimistic demeanor.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Sound judgment in interactions at all levels within the facility.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of homes in designated gateways.
• Document audit findings using available technology.
• Notify the management team by radio when an audit is complete and document notification times.
• Follow up on completion of audit findings and document completion times to generate overall response times.
• Attend production meetings and communicate the overall status of the program in the assigned gateway.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
