About The Position

Connecticut Gastroenterology (CTGI), powered by GI Alliance (GIA), is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for an employed position with a partnership track. This role offers local autonomy supported by national resources, a generous financial package including relocation allowance and signing bonus, and a great work/life balance. The practice model includes a guaranteed base salary with a productivity bonus for the first two years, followed by a third-year partnership track with potential ASC ownership buy-in, additional ancillary income, and a restricted stock grant. Call is shared within the group, and there is a good blend of clinic and hospital work. The organization emphasizes a physician-led structure, a patient-first approach, and a Management Services Organization (MSO) model that reduces administrative burden, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.
