About The Position
Peterson Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established and growing GI program in Kerrville, TX. Kerrville is located in the scenic Texas Hill Country, about 45 minutes northwest of San Antonio. The position involves a general Gastroenterology practice with a flexible schedule, including a mix of clinic and procedure time. Procedures are performed in both the hospital and an ambulatory surgery center. The physician will have dedicated support staff, including a scheduler, LVN/MA team, front office personnel, and CRNA support for procedures.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible MD/DO in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Perform general gastroenterology procedures.
- Manage patient care in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support staff including schedulers, LVN/MA teams, and front office personnel.
- Work with CRNA support for procedures.
