About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with gas station transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. The role also supports a clean, safe, and positive member experience and may involve working in other departments as needed.

The position requires regular, predictable, full attendance. Work may involve indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, extended periods of sitting or standing, some bending, and occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong smells.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members with gas station transactions while ensuring the safety of people, property, and the environment.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reports, generate reports, complete checklist procedures, and document and address identified issues.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and complete required preparation procedures.
• Follow gas station safety, security, and environmental standards; inform management and the help desk when alarms are present.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposits, verification, documentation, and controls.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match POS pricing.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and verify proper identification before allowing access to the kiosk; notify the corporate office about non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments as needed.
• Support club policies, procedures, compliance, and a safe, inclusive, positive environment for members and team members.
• Deliver service excellence, address and deescalate member concerns, and uphold GOLD Member Standards.
• Work as a team to meet club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Access and read departmental production or financial performance reporting and understand how consistent execution affects business results.
