About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with gas station transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. The role also supports club policies and procedures and may involve working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members with gas station transactions while ensuring the safety of people, property, and the environment.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, ensure reports are generated, complete checklist procedures, and document and address identified issues.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and perform required preparation procedures.
• Follow gas station safety, security, and environmental standards; notify management and the help desk about alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including deposits, verification, documentation, and controls.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match POS pricing.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors, verify identification before allowing access to the kiosk, and notify the corporate office about non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support club standards, collaboration, inclusion, safety, member service, and accurate department reporting.
