Lake Country Co-op is seeking two Casual Gas Bar Clerks for their C-Store location in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. The role involves providing customer service, operating the point of sale system, dispensing fuel and propane, stocking shelves, and performing general housekeeping duties. The company serves over 54,680 member-owners across North Central Saskatchewan in various sectors including Food, Pharmacy, Convenience Store, Home and Building Solutions, Ag products, Petroleum, Food Services, and Wine, Spirits, and Beer.

Requirements

Able to work independently while planning and organizing your own tasks.
Able to fulfill physical job requirements, including standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Able to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a working knowledge of point of sale, fuel pump, and propane systems.
Receive, price, and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
