Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- High motivation — this role transitions to performance pay
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work Saturdays after training
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Background checks, MVR screening, and drug testing
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience preferred, with a focus on building customer relationships and recommending solutions
- Experience in construction, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or general labor is helpful
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance
- Learn safe troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics
- Perform safety inspections and follow best practices
- Provide professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites
- Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work
- Follow all safety procedures
