This role involves building relationships, providing expert recommendations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred)
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to assess their garage door needs and recommend the best solutions
Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations
Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan
Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
Help contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
