This role involves meeting with homeowners to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess their garage door needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations
  • Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan
  • Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
  • Help contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
