About The Position

This role involves providing top-notch garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater NW Washington metro area. The technician will perform detailed inspections, ensure work meets safety codes and customer expectations, and maintain accurate job records. The position also requires identifying customer needs and recommending product upgrades, while upholding the company's reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.
Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus).
High school diploma or equivalent.
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Nice To Haves

Garage door experience is a plus but not required.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus.
