About The Position

The Gaming Technician performs minor and major repairs on gaming machines, both scheduled and unscheduled, and carries out preventive maintenance to help ensure maximum machine performance. The role maintains complete repair records for department equipment in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, and shares current, relevant terminal-status information with other Gaming Technicians and Lead Gaming Technicians. The technician also participates in machine conversions and relocations, including player tracking and networking.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in electronics or installation and maintenance of networking/server-based hardware.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
