GAMING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gaming Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a Gaming Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gaming facility, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing a team of gaming staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our gaming equipment, ensuring that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in gaming operations management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain Gaming License
Nice To Haves
- Experience with gaming regulations and compliance
- Experience with gaming equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience with staff scheduling and payroll management
