About The Position

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is a global sports and entertainment company with a portfolio including professional sports teams, venues, and media properties. MSE is seeking a part-time Group Sales Game Night Staff member to support the Wizards Group Sales Department. This role involves providing excellent customer service and hospitality to group outings and all fans attending games at Capital One Arena. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sports, and a desire to support the Wizards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college.
Previous customer service experience is helpful.
Organized with the ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, customer-service oriented, and able to effectively work both independently and on a team.
Able to easily lift and carry 30 lbs.
Requires prolonged standing, sitting, walking and stair climbing to access full range of facility.
Flexibility to work most Wizards home games, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with the distribution of gift with purchase items on special Theme Nights.
Support the execution of group Fan Experiences before, during, and after the game.
Provide excellent customer service to Wizards group outing guests and all fans in attendance.
Complete pre-game set-up and post-game breakdown of all Group Sales locations and game day initiatives.
Maintain a solid understanding of stadium and department policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
Exhibit a fun, friendly, fan service focus and professional appearance at all games.
Other duties as assigned.
