About The Position

Game Guides at The Escape Game deliver welcoming, upbeat hospitality and lead guests through immersive escape-room adventures. They introduce groups of 2–12 guests to the experience, connect with guests of all ages, explain games and products, and use Game Guide software to monitor progress and assist players during gameplay. After each game, they recap the experience, celebrate with guests, and reset game components accurately and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining the facility and games, keeping operations on schedule, restocking inventory, completing reports, and resolving service issues graciously. The position is seasonal and located at Park Meadows Mall.

Requirements

Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to perform job-related physical activities, including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
Ability to use small tools and strong magnets when resetting games.
Ability to reset numerous locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within training-defined time frames.
Excellent communication skills when speaking with guests.
Must align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.

Use Game Guide software to monitor games and assist guests.
Use HMI (Human-Machine Interface) to operate games.
Recap the experience for guests after gameplay.
Ensure game components function properly and reset games accurately using setup sheets.
Clean games and the facility.
Manage time effectively and keep assigned games on schedule.
Restock inventory and complete necessary reports.
Resolve service failures immediately and graciously.
Ensure guests have a five-star experience and leave happy.
