Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to provide authorization to work in the US - we use E-verify.

Responsibilities

Assisting guests with purchasing, loading, and recharging game cards while providing friendly and efficient service.
Explaining game card usage, promotions, and pricing options, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.
Accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining the balance of your cash drawer.
Troubleshooting minor card issues.
Assisting with prize redemption inquiries.
Restocking prize counters.
Keeping the area clean and organized.
Providing excellent customer service and quickly resolving guest concerns.
