About The Position

This role is part of the Future IT Leaders Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to support our future leadership pipelines. Early Careers complete three 12-month assignments across Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to different technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working. Through hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and progressive ownership, Early Careers develop the technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and enterprise network needed to grow into future IT leadership roles. Honeywell Technologies is hiring Recent Graduates from Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to join our technology teams. You’ll help solve real-world challenges and work with managers in your field on meaningful projects that directly relate to key Honeywell Technologies business goals.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/ Analytics or a similar field of study from an accredited college or university.
Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work in January 2027 or July 2027.
Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development.
Clear written and verbal communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, curiosity, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies.
Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
