About The Position

This is an internship opportunity for top Finance or Accounting students interested in a challenging role with a competitive company. The program offers exposure to multiple industries and finance jobs, with potential work locations in Charlotte, Atlanta, Rosemont, or Houston. Interns will participate in a world-class Internship Program, working on important projects and experiencing corporate finance. The program includes an intern event series, social activities, and a final presentation to senior finance leadership. This internship is a primary pipeline for the full-time Future Finance Leaders Program, which offers senior leadership interaction, cross-business experience, and rotations across various businesses in the United States. The program is designed for candidates seeking exposure to multiple industries and finance disciplines to build a rewarding career with support from Honeywell's Finance team. The company seeks top-caliber students with a superior record of achievement and aggressive career goals, who are geographically mobile for the Automation business. Summer Internships will be located at US locations: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Houston TX, and Rosemont, IL. The exact worksite location will be determined by business requirements and candidate qualifications. The hourly base range for this position is $24.50/hr. This salary information is a guideline, and the final offer will consider factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a Masters of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university.
Anticipated Graduation Date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Ready to start full-time work between January 2028- July 2028.
Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program.
Authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice To Haves

Geographically mobile throughout Future Finance Leader’s Automation Program.
Minimum 3.0 GPA. 3.5 GPA, preferred.
Leadership role in campus and/or volunteer activities.
Good communication/presence.
Takes initiative.
Interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
Good time management / organization / ability to multi-task.
Strong PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
Tableau & SAP skills, preferred.
Data analytics certificate/classes, preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in an internship program working through important projects.
Experience corporate finance at Honeywell Technologies.
Attend intern event series to learn about Honeywell, Finance/Accounting, and business.
Participate in social activities.
Present internship accomplishments to senior finance leadership.
