About The Position

Join Lennar’s 10-week Future Builders internship program and gain hands-on experience working alongside corporate leaders in a key business function. As an intern, you’ll take on impactful assignments that contribute directly to your team’s success—ranging from supporting ongoing programs and initiatives to leading your own capstone project. Throughout the program, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship, professional development opportunities, and connect with colleagues across departments to see how different parts of the organization work together. By the end of your internship, you’ll not only deepen your knowledge of the business and industry but also build the skills, relationships, and confidence to launch your career.

Requirements

  • Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, Opt, CPT, or any other employment-based visa

Responsibilities

  • Supporting research projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on active projects.
  • Conducting research, data collection, or analysis.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, or deliverables.
  • Participating in training, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Will conclude internship with completing a project-based presentation/recap.
