Our Community Internship Program gives motivated students and recent graduates hands-on experience in financial services — real projects, real mentorship, and a real seat at the table.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Genuine interest in financial services or mission-driven organizations
- Strong communicator who asks good questions and follows through
- Comfortable in a hybrid or remote environment across time zones
- No prior finance experience required
Responsibilities
- Meaningful, project-based work from day one
- Receive a dedicated mentor from FIGFCU's leadership team
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and executive decision-making
- Participate in weekly learning sessions on financial services and career development
- Build a professional network that extends beyond the internship
