About The Position
Myers-Colonial Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive compensation by closing pre-set appointments, with a typical annual earning range of $55,000-$75,000 with no earning cap. The company provides lead generation programs and strategic marketing resources at no cost. You will represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified meetings with clients. The role also offers sales incentive trips and opportunities for professional development through obtaining a life insurance license. You will be supported by a dedicated team for appointment setting and client information, along with field management providing organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
