About The Position

White Family Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive compensation, with a typical annual earning range of $45,000-$55,000 with no earning cap. The company provides lead generation, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources to support sales efforts. As an Advance Funeral Planner, you will have a dedicated team to assist with appointments and client information. Precoa's field management offers organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to help you succeed in this growing industry. The primary focus will be connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.

Requirements

  • Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
