Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual events
  • Support donor and client communication before, during, and after events
  • Promote events through social media, marketing campaigns, and outreach
  • Collaborate with team members and volunteers to ensure smooth execution
  • Track event attendance, donations, and other key metrics
  • Help grow donor engagement and build long-term relationships
