Requirements

  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or event support experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual a plus
  • Ability to connect with diverse personalities and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-of event operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Greet attendees and provide accurate information about client programs and services
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
