Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Support experiential marketing events and on-site promotions
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor support
- Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Collect attendee and client feedback and assist with post-event reporting
