About The Position

We’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Event Promotions Assistants. This entry-level, hands-on role provides practical experience in event marketing, promotions, and community engagement while working directly with high-profile clients and nonprofit organizations.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn on the job
• Team player but able to work independently
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for weekends and evening events

Responsibilities

• Represent brands and organizations at live events, community activations, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns
• Engage attendees in face-to-face interactions to promote causes, products, or services
• Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and breakdown
• Track and report on attendance, engagement, and campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
• Participate in training sessions and team workshops to develop marketing and event skills
