About The Position

We’re actively hiring a motivated Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing events and brand activation team.
This is an entry-level role with paid training, ideal for recent graduates, career starters, or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in live events, promotional marketing, and brand representation. You’ll work directly on exciting campaigns, community events, and high-visibility brand activations — no prior experience needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced event environments
• Interest in event marketing, promotions, brand ambassador work, or marketing coordination
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required — paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and marketing events
• Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and attendee check-in
• Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to create memorable brand experiences
• Represent partner brands in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner
• Track attendance, collect data, and complete post-event reporting
• Share ideas and feedback to improve future marketing campaigns and promotional events
