About The Position

This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination . No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear career advancement paths into event management, marketing, and leadership roles. Role Overview As an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns . You’ll play a key role in creating memorable brand experiences while learning the skills and strategies that drive successful events.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
- Positive, team-oriented , and reliable attitude
- Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- No experience required— full paid training provided
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations
- Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
- Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
- Engage with event attendees to create positive and memorable brand experiences
- Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
- Represent partner brands in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
