About The Position

We are actively hiring energetic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our fast-growing event marketing and brand promotions team. This is the perfect role for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths into event management, marketing, and leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
  • Positive, team-oriented, and reliable attitude
  • Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No experience required — full paid training provided

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations
  • Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
  • Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
  • Engage with attendees to create positive, memorable brand experiences
  • Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
  • Represent partner brands with a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
