Requirements

• No prior experience required — paid training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in events, marketing, or experiential activations
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of live events and activations
• Support on-site event teams with guest management and logistics
• Help ensure smooth operations during events
• Distribute materials and assist attendees as needed
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at events
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to events
