About The Position

We are a fast-growing marketing and event promotions company hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, retail activations, and community campaigns throughout Virginia Beach. This is a hands-on, public-facing role ideal for candidates who are energetic, outgoing, and eager to gain real-world experience in event marketing, brand promotions, and experiential campaigns.
No prior experience is required — paid training and mentorship are provided.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and people-oriented
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or events is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
• Represent brands and campaigns at live events, retail activations, and community programs
• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and event resources
• Engage with attendees and provide friendly, professional information about campaigns
• Assist with registrations, sign-ups, and on-site coordination
• Track event metrics and provide feedback to improve experiences
• Collaborate with Event Coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
