About the Role
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you’ll support live events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives. You’ll work directly with attendees, assist event teams on-site, and help create positive, engaging experiences at every event.

Requirements

• Strong interest in events, marketing, customer service, or community engagement
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior event experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with live events, promotions, and community outreach programs
• Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
• Greet and engage event attendees, guests, and participants
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and event support
• Share basic information about campaigns, promotions, or fundraising initiatives
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful events
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence
