As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live events, promotional activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand event objectives, timelines, and expectations
• Oversee event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing support, and vendor management
• Manage event registration, guest interaction, and on-site engagement activities
• Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless event operations
• Collect client and attendee feedback to support post-event analysis and reporting
