About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising and community outreach initiatives through live events and public-facing campaigns. Position Overview Entry-Level Event Assistants support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
• Support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
• Greet and engage with event attendees, donors, and community members
• Provide accurate information about nonprofit missions and campaign goals
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout events
• Assist event coordinators and team members as needed
