About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (required)
- 1 year of fundraising experience
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must have a laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and headset
- No previous employees eligible for this role
Responsibilities
- Engage potential donors through outbound calls and communication
- Present fundraising campaigns in a compelling and professional manner
- Build rapport and trust to secure donations
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals
- Accurately track and document donor interactions
