About The Position

Integral Federal is seeking a Functional / Requirements Analyst to support detailed mission analysis, requirements decomposition, business-rule analysis, and user validation for JPES/JCRM. This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS). Joint Planning/JOPES/JPES/JCRM planning experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • 4+ years of requirements or functional analysis experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software development.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience developing functional requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • DoD operational planning experience.
  • Joint Planning/JOPES/JPES/JCRM experience.
  • Agile software-delivery experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements elicitation and workflow analysis.
  • Decompose requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and maintain traceability.
  • Analyze mission and business rules.
  • Support backlog refinement and requirements reviews.
  • Coordinate with COCOMs, Functional Managers, SMEs, and users.
  • Support demonstrations, UAT/UFL, and functional validation.
  • Analyze COCOM-dependent workflows while preserving enterprise requirements.
