About The Position

Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a Requirements Analyst Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD polygraph is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting and analyzing IT requirements to determine customer needs, interfacing with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information as it relates to software applications and computer hardware. This role serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations and directly contributes to IT program/project efforts by validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements. The analyst will also report on technical progress, identify resolutions for problem areas, and write and review technical documentation.

Requirements

A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required.
Two (2) years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements from customers.
Record requirements that may be documented in various forms (i.e., Remedy, SM 7, and Templates).
Create and deliver statistical data.
Write and collect requirement procedures.
Review requirements and determine if requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and advise with resolving any conflicts.
Prepare requirement status reviews and other formal reviews.
Review and provide recommendations for appropriate provisioning of requirements.
Verify compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements, to avoid misroutes of requirements.
Communicate issues and identify solutions.
Verify that requirements strategies are addressed.
