About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Functional Movement & Recovery Care Therapist to join one of our valued client partners in East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about restoring movement, improving function, and helping patients confidently return to work, recreation, and daily living. Working within a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment, you'll provide individualized rehabilitation programs that emphasize measurable outcomes, patient education, and long-term wellness. This position combines evidence-based care with strong interdisciplinary collaboration, allowing therapists to build meaningful patient relationships while advancing their clinical expertise.

Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
  • Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to independently manage patient caseloads while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation accuracy.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
  • New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience treating post-surgical orthopedic patients and musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Manual therapy, dry needling, or orthopedic specialty certifications.
  • Experience developing individualized return-to-function rehabilitation programs.
  • Familiarity with Medicare documentation, rehabilitation compliance, and quality reporting.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and functional movement evaluations.
  • Design individualized rehabilitation programs that improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on measurable clinical outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies, body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental continuing education.
  • Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.
  • Contribute to a positive clinical culture focused on exceptional patient experiences and rehabilitation excellence.
