About The Position

We are seeking a Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a wide range of custom reports using the Workday Report Writer tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet diverse business requirements. You will collaborate closely with finance and payroll stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating complex requirements into robust and insightful reports for critical decision-making. Additionally, you will leverage Prism Analytics to manipulate, transform, and analyze large datasets, preparing data for advanced reporting and business intelligence initiatives. You will expertly manage the migration of reports across multiple Workday environments (e.g., Sandbox, Pre-Production, Production), ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity. You will also create and refine complex calculated fields to extend Workday's reporting capabilities, enabling deeper analysis and more precise data extraction. Proactively identifying and resolving reporting issues, as well as optimizing existing reports for performance and user experience, will be key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Functional Consultant related occupation.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Data analysis and Interpretation.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Working with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.).
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Translating high-level business questions into technical specifications for multiple reports.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Troubleshooting report issues, resolving data discrepancies, and developing creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Training end-users on how to run, interpret, and leverage multiple reports.

Responsibilities
