This role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom reports using Workday Report Writer, collaborating with finance and payroll stakeholders, leveraging Prism Analytics for data manipulation and analysis, managing report migrations across Workday environments, creating calculated fields, and proactively identifying and resolving reporting issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Functional Consultant related occupation.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Data analysis and Interpretation.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Working with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.).
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Translate high-level business questions into technical specifications for multiple reports.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Troubleshoot report issues, resolve data discrepancies, and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in Train end-users on how to run, interpret, and leverage multiple reports.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain a wide range of custom reports using the Workday Report Writer tool.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency to meet diverse business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and payroll stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating complex requirements into robust and insightful reports for critical decision-making.
  • Leverage Prism Analytics to manipulate, transform, and analyze large datasets, preparing data for advanced reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Expertly manage the migration of reports across multiple Workday environments (e.g., Sandbox, Pre-Production, Production), ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
  • Create and refine complex calculated fields to extend Workday's reporting capabilities, enabling deeper analysis and more precise data extraction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve reporting issues, as well as optimize existing reports for performance and user experience.
