NMMES FEM Functional Analyst | Active Secret clearance
About The Position
The Functional Analyst supports the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise System (NMMES) Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (FEM) mission. The role works with users to document requirements, design or customize screens to meet those requirements, develop user documentation, test systems to verify that requirements are met, and support implementation of completed systems. The analyst performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their interrelationships, researches and helps formulate recommendations about resources needed for task execution and completion, and participates in developing new business areas or updating existing systems to meet client needs. The position maintains knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas, participates in special projects as required, and provides on-site support as needed by the customer. It also provides training and help desk support to end users, either on site or through Teams or other video conferencing tools. The position is based onsite in Montgomery, Alabama, with less than 10% travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- IBM Maximo experience.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Active Secret clearance; must currently possess Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
