About The Position

A friendly, warm, and welcoming family in River Oaks is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant to support their three school-aged children and help keep the household running smoothly starting at the end of August/Sept 1. The children are ages 9.5, 6.5, and 4.5 and are active, social, and involved in a variety of extracurricular activities. The family is looking for a professional career nanny who is confident working independently, brings positive energy to the home, and enjoys becoming a long-term part of a family's life. This family has a wonderful history of long-term household employees and truly values loyalty, mutual respect, and longevity. They are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting busy families, and can seamlessly transition between childcare and family assistant responsibilities while the children are at school. Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
U.S. passport required
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Someone who takes pride in their work and requires minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Flexibility to travel with the family on occasion is appreciated but not required.
Candidates willing to join temporarily in the Hamptons during July and August are encouraged to apply.
Opportunity for additional compensated travel, including occasional family trips such as Thanksgiving in St. Barths and back to London.

Responsibilities

School pick-ups and transportation to after-school activities and sports
Preparing after-school snacks and assisting with dinner as needed
Supporting homework and evening routines
Packing sports bags, organizing school supplies, and preparing for the children's daily activities
Grocery shopping and household errands
Light family assistant responsibilities while the children are in school
Helping maintain organization of children's spaces and belongings
Working collaboratively with the family's Housekeeper to ensure the household runs smoothly
Creating a positive, structured, and engaging environment for the children
