About The Position

NorthHill Technology Resources is hiring Full Stack Software Developers to support a Federal Program in Springfield, Virginia. These are direct-hire roles with a fast-growing Federal Integrator. An active TS/SCI clearance is required due to the nature of the work.

The developers will support a large research and development program focused on delivering advanced intelligence capabilities for the DoD and Intelligence Community. They will join a high-visibility project on a mid-sized team and work with application development teams across the software development life cycle, creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of OPIR image processing or expertise in missile systems, remote sensing, and sensor fusion.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
• At least 7 years of software development experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience coding in Python.
• Experience leading end-to-end design, scoping, and implementation of cloud-based tools.
• Experience in image processing, data exploitation, and analysis algorithm development.
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative team environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an engineering field.
• Strong understanding of OPIR image processing or expertise in missile systems, remote sensing, and sensor fusion.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions.
• Experience with software configuration management using Git.
• Experience with containerization tools and techniques.
• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
