About The Position

As a Full Stack Marketer at Swift, your job will be to own our presence online. This role is ambiguous by design. As a fast-growing startup, we’ve had to learn how to build the rocketship while we fly it. Every role (from sales, marketing, customer support, product, design, engineering, etc) was done first by the founders, and is now being hired & owned by folks completely dedicated to the craft. Marketing is the last piece of that puzzle. The right person will come in excited to own Swift’s brand presence online, and thrive in the depth and range that the role has to offer. We’re all-in on AI. But just because we’re AI powered doesn’t mean we’re AI dependent. Your skills should shine independently of the technology you use so that AI can help enhance your abilities rather than compensate for them. At the end of the day, we need you to use your unique judgement and taste when executing. Responsibilities

  • Write and publish high-quality content for our audience. Lead magnets, blog posts, resources all fall in this category.
  • Build new email drips and sequences for lead magnets. Schedule consistent monthly email campaigns for new features and initiatives.
  • Grow our social media presence - engaging our audience as we build and ship new features, publish content, and join conferences.
  • Find opportunities and gaps in how we promote product to existing customers, and iterate on product marketing & launch strategies
  • Maintain our site in Webflow, making sure new features, posts, resources etc all have an appropriate home online
