About The Position

The Full Stack Lead facilitates application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, performing root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role supports stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

The position participates in requirements gathering and documentation for specific modules, including identifying connections and dependencies across business processes. It facilitates module-level application solution design under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. The role also reviews code, resolves technical queries, establishes consistent replication patterns, and collaborates with project managers throughout the software development life cycle.

Additional work includes troubleshooting recurring technical issues, modifying software to resolve errors and improve performance or interfaces, validating configurations, facilitating application integration, addressing deployment dependencies, and preparing user training materials to support adoption and reduce transition risks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience.
• Full-stack MERN skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation.
• Work across business processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
• Facilitate application solution design for a specific module under the guidance of the Project Manager, aligning designs with business requirements and technical standards.
• Review developed code, resolve technical queries for the assigned module, and create consistent replication patterns that align with project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers through all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
• Modify software code to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate integration of new applications, and address dependencies during deployment.
• Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to support adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
