About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer II to join the Product Development team. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across frontend and backend technologies. The role calls for ownership of projects from concept and discovery through architecture, delivery, deployment, and ongoing support, along with close collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders. As a senior contributor, the engineer will help shape technical decisions and engineering practices, review code, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. The position also contributes to continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, testing, and deployment, and supports Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Success includes delivering high-quality, maintainable software, demonstrating accountability, strengthening team standards and performance, and balancing innovation with business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development.
At least 5 years of experience building modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular.
At least 5 years of JavaScript development experience.
At least 5 years of TypeScript experience.
At least 5 years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies.
Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

At least 5 years of experience developing backend services with Node.js.
At least 3 years of experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Heroku.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Experience building scalable, high-availability enterprise applications.
Previous experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead on projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.
Translate business requirements and product features into technical solutions across frontend and backend systems.
Own projects from discovery and architecture through deployment and ongoing support.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver user experiences.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that follows development standards and best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to improvements in development processes, tooling, testing, and deployment practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Support Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
