About The Position

The Full Stack Developer, Mid assists in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and robust software solutions. The role uses .NET technologies alongside React, JavaScript, and other modern frameworks to contribute across the software development lifecycle, with a focus on high-quality user experiences and reliable application performance. The developer works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable solutions that meet organizational objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of professional software development experience, familiarity with .NET technologies and SQL Server, cloud exposure, and an active Top Secret Security Clearance. The position reports to the Program Manager. It is performed in a professional office environment with the ability to work on-site. A flexible schedule, holidays, work outside normal business hours, and business travel may be requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep familiarity with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and any additional project- or client-required checks during employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in dynamic project environments.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams to resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Use ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and architectural patterns such as Dependency Injection to design and develop APIs.
• Develop with .NET programming languages and technologies, including C#, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Implement API architectures and styles, including REST and RPC.
• Build dynamic user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Ensure web applications are responsive, performant, and high quality while collaborating with UI/UX teams.
• Participate in end-to-end development from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to define and implement features.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and guidelines.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to verify code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Use Git/Gitlab for source control and version management.
• Contribute to improving development processes and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
