About The Position

The Full Stack Developer applies AI-assisted development practices throughout the software development lifecycle and designs and develops agentic AI solutions that plan tasks, use approved tools and data, execute multi-step workflows, and adapt to changing conditions. The role collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to architect, validate, and implement enterprise-ready solutions, and develops clean, testable React and C# .NET code, including unit tests. The developer evaluates AI-generated outputs for quality, security, performance, accessibility, and maintainability, and builds human oversight, monitoring, auditability, error handling, and fallback mechanisms into AI-driven solutions. The role partners with architecture, security, data, legal, risk, and business stakeholders to meet responsible AI, governance, and data-protection requirements. It develops proofs of concept to assess the feasibility, risk, and business value of AI-SDLC solutions, identifies and automates manual processes, and coaches developers and vendor partners on prompt engineering, agent design patterns, and responsible AI practices. The developer measures and documents solution quality, reliability, adoption, and value; maintains technical documentation; troubleshoots concurrent issues; and supports continuous improvement. This is an exempt position and may require hours exceeding a standard 40-hour work week. Occasional local and national travel within the U.S. may be required. Plante Moran’s “Workplace for Your Day” model emphasizes flexibility while maintaining a principally in-person approach; staff coordinate with their supervisor and team to determine their working environment each day. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
