Full Stack Developer

Swbc Peo•Boerne, TX

About The Position

The Full-Stack Developer builds and maintains Victor, Brandt VX’s analytical platform, including its engine, dashboards, and data pipelines. The role owns the full development life cycle from conception through deployment across the front end and back end. The work is closely connected to daily users: the Business, Data, and Deployment Analysts use the product, and their needs help shape the backlog. Victor is built without frameworks, transpilers, or bundlers, so the role requires writing standards-based code directly against the platform that can be read and maintained over time. The position designs and maintains client-side and server-side architecture, develops the Victor interface and PostgreSQL database, builds APIs and internal tools, and implements security and data-protection settings. It also tests, troubleshoots, and upgrades software; documents technical work; and collaborates with analysts to improve the product. Cross-training and assisting analyst roles may be required, as may minimal travel. The role requires professionalism, discretion with sensitive information, accuracy, deadline management, and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision. The office is located in a residential complex outside Boerne. The position involves extended periods at a computer and occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see objects in the presence of glare or bright lighting, such as a computer screen. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
