The role requires taking ownership of delivering features and balancing product velocity with quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also important, as the company operates remotely with a Seattle office.

Requirements
- Strong technical background with 7+ years of experience designing and engineering solutions at scale
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript; Typescript experience is a plus

- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver features end to end
- Pragmatic approach to balancing product velocity and quality
- Preference for simple solutions and designs that can last and scale
